Dr. Carol Webb, Senior Education Advocate

Dr. Carol Webb serves as a Senior Education Advocate at Manes & Weinberg, LLc. where she applies her extensive experience to help families navigate the complexities of the special education process. With a distinguished career spanning over 25 years, she is a passionate and effective advocate for children, ensuring they receive the specialized services and supports they are entitled to under Section 504 and the IDEA. Her comprehensive understanding of the educational system is built upon a multifaceted career path; Having served as a Director of Special Services, a Learning Disabilities Teacher-Consultant (LDT/C) on a Child Study Team, and a special education teacher, Carol has a comprehensive understanding of the educational system; enabling her  to guide families through the intricacies of the evaluation process, IEP development, and placement decisions with strategic precision.

Carol’s professional authority is grounded in her advanced academic background, holding a Master’s degree in Special Education and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership with a concentration in special education. Committed to advancing the field, she has shared her knowledge as an adjunct professor in the Special Education Department at The College of New Jersey and currently contributes to the industry by sitting on the Board of Advisory for The Princeton Center for Educational Assessment.

A lifelong New Jersey resident, Carol lives with her husband and their two dogs. Outside of her professional advocacy, she enjoys spending her free time with her three grown sons and their spouses, and she deeply treasures her role as a grandmother to her three beautiful grandchildren.
