Randi began her career in banking and eventually decided that it was important to stay at home to raise her two children. While advocating for the needs of her own children she very quickly learned that it was a full time job that she had no training for. Randi knows first hand how difficult it is for a parent to navigate the complex special education process. This fueled her desire to return to school to earn her Masters in Social Work and pursue her passion of helping others.
Randi subsequently worked in behavioral health at Trinitas Regional Medical Center in Elizabeth, NJ and acquired her clinical license.
Randi obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University, and her Masters in Social Work at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey where she concentrated in direct clinical practice.
Randi lives in Union County with her husband and goldendoodle. She is a licensed clinical social worker in the State of New Jersey.
